Shipping Policy

We offer Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm, which guarantees delivery by 1pm on the next working day (Monday to Friday), excluding certain postcode areas. Please read the details below to ensure you understand our shipping procedures.

  • Dispatch Days: Orders are processed and shipped only on weekdays: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Our shop is closed every Monday, and we do not process or ship orders on Mondays.

  • Same Day Dispatch: To guarantee same-day dispatch, orders must be placed by 2pm on a weekday. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next available weekday. Please note that orders placed on Monday will not be processed until Tuesday.

  • Friday Shipping: Orders placed on Fridays are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. While Saturday delivery is possible, it is not guaranteed. In most cases, delivery will arrive on the next working day, typically Monday by 1pm.

  • Exclusions: Certain postcode areas may affect the 1pm next-day delivery guarantee, or even the delivery day itself. For more information on the areas impacted, please refer to Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm exclusions.

  • Insurance: All orders shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery are fully insured until they are delivered and signed for at the recipient's address.
