Frequently asked questions

Learn more about our diamond cluster necklaces, where thoughtful design meets meticulous craftsmanship.

What are cluster necklaces?

Cluster necklaces, also known as halo necklaces, feature a larger central stone surrounded by smaller diamonds. This design enhances the brilliance of the centrepiece, creating a striking and elegant look. The surrounding diamonds add depth and dimension, making the central stone appear larger and more radiant. Halo and cluster designs are especially popular for their ability to showcase the beauty of the central diamond.

What are the benefits of cluster necklaces?

Cluster necklaces offer a bold, eye-catching design, with multiple diamonds arranged around a central stone. This layout creates a striking and elegant look while providing a more substantial presence compared to single stone designs. Additionally, cluster necklaces can be a more cost-effective option than a larger single diamond, making them an attractive choice. The versatile design is perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions.

Can you resize a cluster necklace?

Yes, it’s possible to shorten the chain of a cluster necklace. If you’d like the length adjusted, we can remove links to ensure the necklace fits perfectly and sits comfortably. Our jewellers will carefully make the adjustments to maintain the design's integrity while achieving the desired length.

Do you offer both natural and lab grown (synthetic) diamond pendants?

We work exclusively with natural diamonds and have chosen not to offer lab-grown options. While we respect that the choice between natural and lab-grown stones is personal, we feel the narrative around lab-grown diamonds isn’t always fully transparent. We source our diamonds through the Kimberley Process and the System of Warranties, promoting conflict-free origins. In addition, many of our suppliers are accredited members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), ensuring high standards of quality and responsible practices.
