Insuring Your Jewellery From Rennie & Co
Whether it be an engagement ring, wedding band or a special anniversary gift, taking out insurance cover against loss and accidental damage provides many couples with peace of mind when it comes to wearing their jewellery. As with all types of insurance, it is prudent to choose your insurance company carefully as levels of cover will vary considerably! Rennie & Co jewellery is unique and only available from us. In the event of loss many insurance companies will insist that you use their preferred supplier (often high street multiples) to replace the piece. In such a case it is unlikely that you will be able to replace the item for one exactly the same. Should you wish us to recommend a reputable company please ask a member of our team!
Insurance Valuation Updates
It is good practice to update your Insurance Valuation Certificates periodically. It’s not uncommon for the value of a piece of jewellery to change over the years. As such, Rennie & Co offers a lifelong complimentary valuation service for any pieces purchased from us. To have your insurance valuation certificate updated, book an appointment at our Hatton Garden showroom. A member of the team will give your ring a clean whilst you wait and then examine its condition.
