Frequently asked questions
Learn more about our necklaces, where thoughtful design meets meticulous craftsmanship.
How long are women's necklaces?
The most popular length for women’s necklaces is 16 inches, which typically sits just above the collarbone. Shorter and longer lengths are available to accommodate personal preferences and different styles. Whether you're looking for something delicate and close to the neck or a longer, more dramatic look, we offer a range of options to suit your needs.
What are the different types of necklaces?
Necklaces come in a range of styles, including diamond single stone designs, diamond cluster and halo necklaces that combine multiple stones for added brilliance, and coloured stone necklaces featuring vibrant gemstones like sapphires, rubies, or emeralds. We also offer bespoke creations tailored to suit your individual taste. All of our necklaces and pendants incorporate diamonds and/or coloured gemstones.
What is the best occasion to gift a pendant or necklace?
Pendants and necklaces make exceptional gifts for a variety of special occasions. They are often chosen for milestone celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, or the birth of a child, symbolising love and admiration. They also make timeless presents for achievements like graduations or promotions, adding a meaningful touch to moments of success. Whether for a romantic gesture or a heartfelt surprise, a necklace is a versatile and enduring choice.
Do you offer both natural and lab grown (synthetic) diamond pendants?
We work exclusively with natural diamonds and have chosen not to offer lab-grown options. While we respect that the choice between natural and lab-grown stones is personal, we feel the narrative around lab-grown diamonds isn’t always fully transparent. We source our diamonds through the Kimberley Process and the System of Warranties, promoting conflict-free origins. In addition, many of our suppliers are accredited members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), ensuring high standards of quality and responsible practices.
